Entanglement in the world and Grace

"Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus......"

The 'grace" that is in Jesus Christ, is the understanding and knowledge of God that He gives each believer when He makes Himself known to him or her. Though the will of the believer is used in the fortitude of the believer in proclaiming the Gospel of Salvation in Christ, it is the indwelling Holy Spirit that guides the believer's human will;

"And Moses said unto the Lord, O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.

 Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say."

Exodus 4:10,12

"And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also....."

During this day of God's Judgment (2011-(2033?) God has sealed the ears of the world to the Gospel of salvation in Christ, which in this day is God's Judgment on the local churches who's members did not answer God's call to "come out of her" between 1988 and 2011 and God's Judgment on the unbelieving world. The sharing of the Gospel of salvation in Christ is for the "sheep" of Christ's pasture. To the local churches and the world, believers proclaiming the day of judgment are invisible at least, and at the most, hated for their Godly witness to a sinful world that is passing away.

"......Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life;....."

Being a believing witness of the Gospel in the day of judgment is the struggle against both a world that hates him/her because of God's judgment against an unbelieving world as well as that believers struggle against the spirit of the spirit of the flesh in their unresurrected body, which inclines itself to become entangled in worldly pursuits and their resulting values, which always add up to rebellion against God.

"......that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully......"

The dead spirit that all men were born into has been resurrected to new life in Christ for the born again believer, and yet all believer's still live in the unresurrected bodies that unbeliever's live in. This is why, though a believer has a spirit that yearns to serve and be obedient to God, they also live in an unresurrected body which has evil inclinations (temptations to lawlessness; defined by God's Word).

".....The husbandman that laboureth must be first partaker of the fruits. Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things."

The "fruits" of the spirit are the manifestations of a believer's knowledge and understanding of God's will in their life. The "understanding of all things" does not mean that a particular believer understands God, or all the knowledge of God. It means that in the fulness of that believer's personal relationship with God, there is a dynamic experience and understanding of what knowledge and "call" God has given a particular believer. These are the fruits of the spirit of God, however, they are given by God differently to each believer according to God's calling for that believer. Thus, though believers have been given the "mind of God" and so have a common spiritual language with each other, each believer has a different role and relationship to that mind according to their different gifts. In order to be a partaker of the fruits of God, the actions and purposes of the use of those fruits need to be in service of God's call to that believer in the spirit of the Gospel of Salvation in Christ. The indwelling Holy Spirit of each believer guides that believer's behaviors that serve God, over and against the spirit of the flesh that also resides in each believer.
